“ Money is in the streets, not anywhere else, not at work. I grew up seeing my mother selling on the streets and that is when I realized that money is in the streets not anywhere else and not at work. I make noise everywhere I go in the streets, on radio, on social media and on all the gatherings I attend I make sure that people know about the BBB business and understand what we do. Last year at the Year End Gala I won the Manager Personality Award and I believe that it is through that noise that I was able to win this award. My goal as a single parent means everything is on me and as we speak at the moment my daughter is in university through BBB. When I started this business I had a vision and a plan and I have stuck to that plan and I have done that by going out to recruit, sell and grow my business. Making noise is not just about verbal noise but also the way we dress and present ourselves as business people is noise. I was like a student who was writing an exam just to pass but now I am like a student who is studying to get their Bachelors. This business helps me take care of my family. My goal as a Manager is to grow, before we had goals as a team we were making sales of R40 000 and R50 000 but once we sat down as a team and set goals we made well over R100 000.
