As a Prospective Manager , you will be required to fulfil the following pillars: 1. ASSIST 2. LEARN MANAGER In order to fulfil your role as a Manager , you will need to follow these important pillars: 1. SELECT 2. TRAIN 3. COMMUNICATE 4. MANAGE 5. LEAD ASSIST • Placing orders for your team • Collecting stock to deliver to your team How you will earn as a Prospective Manager: It is at this level that you start earning more! You will now be earning 30% from your personal sales as well as 3% in team sales.
