EXECUTING OPERATION HLASELA PATRICIA MOHATLA PROSPECTIVE DISTRIBUTOR FROM HM DISTRIBUTORS We have two types of Operation Hlasela’s , going door to door and setting up tables at shopping centres. Every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday my team and I have our Operation Hlasela. When doing door to door with my team, we bring along recruiting pamphlets, catalogues and our diaries to take down customer details. When setting up at shopping centres/malls, we put up gazebos and tables and we bring our catalogues. We also bring along some stock to sell for cash, like Orijins tonics, toothpaste, Puer perfumes and teas. When we get to the shopping centres we make sure we give out our recruiting pamphlets, share product knowledge and the benefits of joining this business. My name is Antoneta Matetenu and I am a Prospective Distributor for Botle Buhle Brands. The only way I could grow my sales to the Distributor level was through recruiting/ Operation Hlasela. When my team and I go out for our planned “Hlaselas” I know that I will get new customers and Sales Consultants who I can help change their lives for the best. Since I started conducting Hlaselas, my business keeps growing and this keeps my team of Sales Consultants and Managers motivated to see how we are growing. The number of customers we have access to when we go out to malls, Shopping centres, Taxi ranks, Community halls and busy street corners, is amazing.
